Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and no refunds will be provided for prepaid fees.

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our financial planning service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

In no event shall our total liability exceed $3,000 AUD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mareniqeriva from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service.
